Come and have your child's birthday party in our fully equipped gymnastics facility! Our party coordinators know how to make parties fun with age appropriate games; relay races, obstacle courses, interactive games, and other creative gymnastics activities.
What's included when you have a birthday party at Apollo Gymnastics?
- Birthday party invitations with a map to the gym.
- Souvenir cup filled with party favors for each child.
- An Apollo balloon for each child.
- A FREE T-shirt for the Birthday Child!
- A birthday party Coordinator who is responsible for setting up the gym and refreshments area, organizing the activities, supervising the participants and removing the trash from the gymnasium at the end of the party. Specific Party Coordinators may be requested but cannot be guaranteed.
- Complete use of the gymnasium for the scheduled time with Activities appropriate to the age of the person for whom the party is being held.
- An area for you to set up refreshments and decorations for the party guests. (The refreshment area will be ready for you 30 minutes prior to the scheduled beginning of the party.)
Fees:
- Parties are $150.00 up to 11 children and then $13.00 per child after that. There is no charge for the birthday child.
- The charge for the gym will be $40.00 per hour charged in 1/4 hour increments, with a $10.00 minimum. There will be an extra charge for going past the scheduled time.
- To secure a time for a party, a $25.00 non-refundable deposit will be required. No party will be scheduled without a deposit.
- If circumstances require you to cancel the party, please notify us as soon as possible.
