The New Online Photo Gallery Is Open!
Do you have pictures of your gymnasts that you would love to share with friends and relatives? We have a place for you to do it! Our online photo gallery is now open and waiting for you to create an account and start uploading pictures!
To get started...
- Go to www.ApolloGymnastics.com/gallery
- Click "Register" in the menu under the Apollo header
- Agree to the terms of the registration
- Fill out the registration form and submit
- In order to have the photo gallery available only to students and their families, all registrations will be approved. When your registration has been approved, an email will be sent to the email address you provided letting you know that you can login and start uploading.
Instructions on how to create an album once you are registered are as follows:
- Login to your account
- You now have an additional menu below the first one that allows you to: "Create / order my albums", "Modify my albums", "My profile", and "Sort my pictures". Select "Create / order my albums" for this step
- Below the empty window that should list existing galleries, click "New". "New Album" should be listed in the window as well as below it (Under "New" and "Delete" boxes). Delete the lower version of "New Album" and type in the name you want your album to have. I used my daughters names since this would make it easier for their grandparents to locate them. After you have typed in an Album name, click "Apply Modifications". In the next window click "continue"
- This brings you back to the home page where you now click "Upload files" from the menu
- You may choose up to 5 images off your hard drive at once or choose a URL where images are located at this time and click "Continue" and on next page, click "Continue" once more
- After you have uploaded images, you will be asked where you want to place them and given a choice of your existing albums from a pull down menu titled "Albums"
- Fill in the File Title, File Description, and any keywords (if you like - used to make searching easier in the future) and click "Continue"
- If it indicates that this was all successful, then click "Continue"
- You should now be back on your home page and your album available to be viewed.
As you go through the gallery, any area that you can modify (upload or change files) has a small square with a question mark in it, if this is clicked it provides help for that section. If you have any problems with the gallery, please contact the webmaster, not the school. Thank you and don't be shy! Upload those pictures!!
