APOLLO Afterschool Program
Thank you for your interest in Apollo’s Afterschool Gymnastics Program for the 2025–2026 school year—we’re thrilled you’re considering joining us!
Florida’s very first gymnastics facility (est. 1975) is now proudly serving families in Oldsmar! You’ll find us at 390 Scarlet Blvd, where we offer safe, reliable transportation from select local schools.
Our afterschool program is designed to keep kids active, engaged, and growing—both physically and socially. Each afternoon includes skill-based gymnastics instruction, group games, stem activities, board games, crafts, and more fun activities they’ll look forward to every week.
Tuition is $110 per week per child, with a 10% sibling discount. We also offer flexible part-time options this year:
• 1–2 days/week: $60
• 3 days/week: $75

Concession Snacks
Transportation will be provided from the below-listed schools. If your child’s school is not on the list, you may elect to enroll your child as a ‘Drop-Off’ Gymnast. Drop-off gymnasts will require independent transportation to our facility.

Ready to register? Follow the steps below!
START HERE: Policy Acceptance
All afterschool participants must have a family account with up-to-date acknowledgments of our facility’s waiver and policies. This is a quick, paperless process completed through our online Parent Portal.
To create your Parent Portal account and review our waiver and policies, just head to our homepage and follow the prompts to get started. If you already have an account but can’t remember your login info, no worries—just reach out to our front desk team. We’re happy to help get you back into your original account. (Please don’t create a duplicate one!)
NEXT STEP: Application Completion
Complete the afterschool application document. Ensure you are taking the time to read the written prompts in the required fields. For legal reasons after completing the registration packet, it cannot be adjusted or corrected in any way. Therefore if an error is made, the erroneous document will be deleted and a new one will have to be completed.
PAYMENT TO FOLLOW
Once we receive your completed application, our team will process the application fee, deposit, first week’s tuition, and any applicable snack account charges within 7 business days using the credit card provided in your application.
