Trampoline & Tumbling
Our Trampoline and Tumbling classes are for students who would like to focus their efforts on the floor exercise, trampoline, and tumble track activities. These classes are beneficial children who want to learn how to do flips for the first time through to the cheerleaders who want to get a back handspring or a back tuck for their cheer squad.
We offer two levels of tumbling in order to most accurately teach the progressions of tumbling. The classes consist of time learning standing and running tumbling on our brand new spring floor, consecutive tumbling on the Tumble Track, and air awareness and flip timing on our in-ground trampoline.
Whether your child is interested in learning flips for extreme sports, cheerleading, or just because he or she spends most of their free time upside down, our tumbling classes are the perfect place to begin and/or master these tumbling activities.

Trampoline & Tumbling 1st - 4th Grade
Our Intermediate level of Tumbling is for students with little or no experience in tumbling and/or gymnastics. We focus on teaching the fundamental skills of tumbling in order to set a fundamentally strong base for future tumbling.
With every class, our students will work on running tumbling, standing tumbling, and Tumble Track or in ground trampoline. In addition we spend time on developing the strength needed to master tumbling at an intermediate level through tumbling specific conditioning.
Skills Acquired:
Our Students will acquire the following skills as they progress through this class:
Handstand
Forward and backward roll complexes
Round off
Fundamental jumps
Back Bend
Standing Back Handspring

Trampoline & Tumbling 5th Grade and up
Our Advance level of Tumbling is for students with experience in tumbling and/or gymnastics. These classes focus on teaching the more advanced skills of tumbling with the goal that after completion of our advanced tumbling class students are able to perform skills like multiple back handsprings and back flips.
With every class, our students will work on running tumbling, standing tumbling, and Tumble Track or in ground trampoline. In addition we spend time on developing the strength needed to master tumbling at an advance level through tumbling specific conditioning.

Standing two back handsprings
