Birthday Parties
Come and have your child's birthday party in our fully equipped gymnastics facility! Our party coordinators know how to make parties fun with age appropriate games; relay races, obstacle courses, interactive games, and other creative gymnastics activities.
What's included when you have a birthday party at Apollo Gymnastics?
An Apollo-themed goodie bag featuring a coupon for a free month of gymnastics (a $95 value)!
A FREE T-shirt for the Birthday Child!
A birthday party coordinator to handle setting up the gym and refreshment area, assist you with displaying your decor, organizing activities, supervising guests, and cleaning up afterward. Does your child have a favorite coach? You can request a specific party coordinator, though it's not guaranteed.
An area for you to set up refreshments and decorations for the party guests. The refreshment area will be accessible 30 minutes before the party begins.
Two party packages to choose from. Complete use of the gymnasium for the scheduled time with Activities appropriate to the age of the person for whom the party is being held.
Fees:
Parties are $400.00 for up to 20 children and then $15.00 per child after that.
There will be an extra charge of $80 for going past the scheduled time.
To secure a time for a party, a $100.00 non-refundable deposit will be required. No party will be scheduled without a deposit.
If circumstances require you to cancel the party, please notify us as soon as possible.
